Orders Pending

Orders Pending are orders that have been created but not yet confirmed. They're captured and saved, but they sit outside the operational workflow — they do not appear in preparation, harvesting/cut sheets, laying or delivery until they're confirmed.

Where to find it

Left-hand navigation → Order Management → Orders Pending.

Moving an order out of Pending

Change the order's Status from Pending → Confirmed (top-right of the order). Depending on your admin settings there may be a payment blocker — see Creating & Managing an Order for the Require Payment Before Confirmation rule and how confirmation works.

Why Pending matters

Holding new orders as Pending means only finalised orders reach the farm and trucks — you don't harvest turf for an order that isn't locked in.
