On Hold

An order placed On Hold is paused and set aside — it's removed from cut sheets and delivery runs so it won't be harvested or scheduled until you're ready. All its information is saved; it just stops moving.

Where to find it

Left-hand navigation → Order Management → On Hold.

When to use it

Typically for rain delays, site delays, or missing information — the order may even be paid, but operationally it needs to wait. While it's on hold, an On Hold badge shows on the order so its status is clear at a glance.

Taking an order off hold

Move it back to an active status and it returns to Orders Pending by default, so you can update the harvest and delivery dates before it re-enters the workflow.

The power of hold

Because on-hold orders drop out of cut sheets and delivery runs, they can't be accidentally processed or scheduled — keeping active operations clean.
